Most pathetic service experienced.
I've been waiting for my 6-year-old son's chronic medication since the 27th of February. I've made countless follow ups. I keep getting told that it takes 24 to 48 hours for delivery to take place.
It's so sad that my medical aid subjected me to this poor excuse of a pharmacy.
