Monopoly and Don't care attitude

They just stop medication without warning despite being on serious Chronic medication - They seem to have monopoly hence they just don't care and there is no Senior official to complain to - they have only one email address *** - so it is obvious the email correspondent can delete email complaints against their colleagues. It is obvious that they have some staff members employed that are too happy to collect their salary without feeling guilty of treating the Pharmacy's clients poorly or inconsiderate of Client's health or life - Due to their monopoly in the market, they don't monitor and evaluate their staff members

Dear Member

We can confirm that the manager has been in contact with you and feedback has been provided to your complaint.

Kindly note that by law, a pharmacy will require a valid doctors prescription in order to dispense chronic medication. Reminder SMS notifications are sent to each patient when prescriptions expire. Number of repeats are also indicated on the invoices included with the delivery of chronic medication.

Please ensure that a valid prescription is submitted every 6 months to avoid suspension of chronic medication.

Kind regards
Pharmacy Direct Team
