Missing Pills

My grandmother received a repeat script for 30 pills and since August she has only received 15 each month. Pharmacy Direct will not take any count ability for it and she is now forced to pay for the remaining out of her pocket. When she informed them of what has been happening, they promised to rectify the issue and till today her remaining medication for October has not arrived. I am extremely disappointed with their services and the treatment they have given my 84 year old grandmother
