I have been waiting for my pills for the past 2 weeks.On the 26th of Sept I contacted your call center agent to tell them I need my pills…I have been sending emails but there’s no joy,the only response I get is”the pills will come tomorrow”I am still waiting..this is not on

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We see the parcel was sent the 3rd but the driver was unable to deliver. We have escalated to the courier to give us feedback why it wasn't communicated to us so we could send another parcel to prevent you from being without meds. Please also confirm your address?
