Medicine not delivered

After my script was done and send to my medical aid, more than 7 days ago, I had to phone this morning to ask where my medicine was. I was told it was put in the car for delivery yesterday... Well tonight I still do not have my meficine and has run out of my pain tablets, my blood pressure medication etc. What an I to do now? They are not open on a Saturday, no after hour number. So I will fetch my medicine at another pharmacy tomorrow. BONITAS ALSO TAKE NOTE PLEASE..
