Medicine always late and account and billing wrong

Bonitas medical aid want there members to use pharmacy direct, but they are so bad managing there patients medicine. Chronic medicine that must be taken as prescribe is almost 80% late. I'm battling to get correct medicine delivered most of the time and nearly every month late. This means I'm going without live threatening<br> medicine because of there bad management. I'm battling with this from 2011 and just can't ignore the fact that this must be taken up as this is not the normal bad service this is medicine for sick people and a URGENT matter
