Medication opened
they deliver the sealed package but I always find the tablets opened and this has been going for for quiet sometime and the better explain why they open my tablets

11 Mar 2019, 14:27Dear member, We have not been successful in reaching you to discuss your query raised and provide you with feedback. We have however proceeded in the investigation and we are able to provide you with the following feedback. Medication being taken is packaged by the manufacturer in container that contains 112 tablets, this only allows for a 28 day treatment supply of medication. Pharmacy Direct processes and delivers medication monthly to last at least 30 days, therefor the seal is broken to add the additional tablets required to fulfill a 30 days supply of treatment. The re-packaging is done in a controlled environment governed by South-African Pharmacy Council regulations and quality controlled before dispatched for delivery.
