medication once again not delivered on time
Once again I have to deal with endless call , pathetic , pharmacy direct. Please have management Phone me to get an alternative to get chronic medication to my elderly mother. I can not go through a whole month of endless calls to them again to get medication.

22 Dec 2021, 08:08Thank you I would please like to know if pharmacy direct got hold of the courrier and that the medication gets delivered today. My elderly moms medication is finished and the only script is with pharmacy direct. I dont want my mom to end up in hospital, due to not being supplier with her medication today stil. Your prompt respons will be appreciated.
