Login Page not working, No telephone support. Not getting back to members

Horrible telephone support. Phoned numerous times about to access my account/login details. They changed my telephone number and email address on their side, but want to login in, no joy, want to use forget password, it just take you to the same login page. Telephone support is of no help, told they would get someone form technical support to assist. Nothing. Bonitas want us to use only this pharmacy, but with this type off assistance
