Late delivery!!

I emails my script for my chronic medication the 4th of November after confirming twice on 06/11/2015 that it will be delivered Monday 09/11/2015 there still is no delivery and my live depends on it now,due to the fact that I am newly diagnosed I depend on my medication and because of Pharmacy direct not keeping there promises I now have to suffer!!This is unacceptable even the website makes promises that the delivery of chronic medication takes place withing 24 hours!!Its now more that 72 hours later and I am still unhappy!!<br> <br> POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!
