Lack of delivering psychiatric medication!

Direct Medicine was quick to claim my medication from my medical aid on 1/3/2016 but has still not delivered! I have spoken to a call centre agent on 3 March enquiring why the medication was claimed if not due. No my medication is not due on the 1st of the month it's in fact due the week after. Why u feel the need to claim this from my medical aid so far in advance Is as good a question as any. In my books this all qualifies as ***** - u claimed u have given me medication that I never received! I was told by the agent that the parcel has already been dispatched but they will make a note for next month. On the 5th I received an email from Bronwyn saying yes the meds were claimed but not dispatched? So how is it dispatched the 3rd but not the 5th? I explicitly told her to send me my medication. Now I am currently sitting without any medication. I don't think u understand the severity of not drinking ur Psychiatric medication. Do u realize it will mess up my levels and send me into a huge Rollercoaster? And that it will take months now to get to the right levels? Due to ur lack of service? Seriously wake up & do your job. Pathetic disgraceful service - you should be ashamed of urself
