Just a another month with THE SAME ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't believe it, this is the forth time I am here. I am tired of these people!!!!!! Do I have to beg for what I pay for? Is this Eskom? Eskom does better than this! I want the COO or CEO to call me so that I can tell them how **** this is, do they have chronic meds? Do they go on Facebook and see how **** they are. These people are real ****s. Bonitas needs to rethink their contract with these people. I will move from medical aids due to these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not call me if you are not the CEO of COO.
