It is a typical company, with some competent individuals like Ruwyrda Matthys, who goes above and beyond to resolve issues. However, their internal processes are flawed and in urgent need of attention, as they are the root cause of much customer frustration. I currently gave a rating of 3 instead of 1, as I now know there is someone capable of addressing the simple but problematic issues within their internal operations.
