Insulin delivery a week late, should I rather die before I get help?

I'm diabetic and need to take insulin 4 times a day as well as daily cholesterol and blood thinners. My medication is a week late and no one can tell me why. The call center is useless all they say is they escalating it to the pharmacy. They clearly don't know what an escalation is. I've requested a manager call me since last week Thursday, I'm still waiting. I don't know who is more ***********. No one seems to take me seriously. Funny thing is they already claimed payment from my medical last week and yet I have no meds I need my medication as in yesterday.
