Insulin delayed

I've been in contact with pharmacy direct the entire week asking them to send my insulin. Today they finally sent out my parcel just for me to get a call from the courier company telling me that the parcel had 2 addresses and they chose to send it to free state. I'm in mpumalanga. Now the courier said they going to send the parcel back to Kempton park and they might only deliver my insulin which I need today, on Monday. I need a call urgently and I need my parcel today.
