Inefficient services lack of communication

The worst DSP for Bonitas inefficiencies in their system. First I updated my address on the member portal so that does not update at all then my chronic medication is delayed no communication when my medication is out for delivery the driver does not come no communication from pharmacy direct. I’ll raise the at Bonitas AGM we need to move away from this DSP the worst ever I don’t know why Medscheme insists of giving us ****ty DSP like this
