Inefficient pharmacy services

Pharmacy direct is so inefficient, every month they withhold my daughter's chronic medication, even though co payments are made and proof of payment is sent to them multiple times they still send the medication weeks later leaving us to fit the bill of buying the medication from our local pharmacy. Every time we call them they either tell you they escalated the matter to the finance department, the pharmacists or left an urgent message for the case manager to call me back but we always have to call back to check the status because they rarely call you back. To them its a business, they do not care for the well being of patients. My daughter could regress without her medication. Bonitas has also been contacted regarding this issue and we still havent received feedback from them either.
