Incompetence in trying to change a delivery address

How difficult is it to change a delivery address??? For 10 days now I have been fighting to have my delivery address changed from my work address to my home address as work has closed for the year. Nobody at Pharmacy Direct or DSV can do a simple address change. Sheer incompetence and now I have run out of my chronic medication. Why must I always fight with Pharmacy Direct to get my medication?
