Incompetence at it's best!

My wife is once again without chronic meds. Her July shipment is no where to be found and nobody and Pharmacy Direct has the decency to reply to e-mails. We even sent you a full reconciliation, but because your dispensing dates and your shipment dates don't correspond, I don't think that you even understand it. We often only receive 5 of 6 scripts and often receive a month in advance. Either your company is completely useless or there is something fishy going on.
