Incompetence

<p>I have been a diabetic patient for 13 years. My medial aid recently changed policy and requires all members to get their chronic medication from Pharmacy Direct. My medication for my insulin and tablets is delivered within the first five days of the month. For the month of January 2017, I have not received my delivery and we are 4 weeks into the month. I have called numerous times and sent countless emails to Pharmacy Direct only to be **** to about when they will deliver my medication. </p> <p>I have not received my medication as of yet and I have appealed to them countless times</p>
