Incompetence

Beware of Pharmacy Direct they wiil contribute to your early death. I have a chronic heart condition which is treated with chronic medication. I received my chronic medication without the essential Vymada 200mg which is my lifeline. Are the staff illiterate of just plain neglant and irresponsible? Their incompetence causes inconvenient and additional cost to the patients. Thanking you Llewellyn Skea
