INCOMPETANT STAFF
THIS IS INCREDIBLE I AM ON CHRONIC MEDS ON 02/06 I WHENT TO THE DR FOR MY REPEATS.HE SENT THE PRESCRIPTION THROUGH ON THE 02/06.I NORMALY I GET A SMS ON MY PHONE TO INDICATE THEY RECEIVED IT.ON 20/06 AFTER NOT HEARING FROM THEM I CONTACTED THE DR. THE DR SENT A COPY OF THE PRESCRIPTION AGAIN.I AGAIN DID NOT GET A SMS. I NEED THE CHRONIC MEDS URGENTLY.TODAY ON 21/07 I GOT A E/MAIL TO SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRESCRIPTION DATED 02/06 THAT I AM TALKING ABOUT, FAX SHOW 3 TIMES THEY RECEIVED IT.IT SEEM THE SAFF ARE ***********.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We received the script now and will send it for urgent processing.
We don't see that they sent it in the past. What sometimes happens is the Dr will send it to Bonitas and not us. Apologies for the inconvenience.
