In poor shape
Exceptionally poor customer service.
I have made four attempts at communication via the WhatsApp number and I have tried to call numerous times over the last two weeks. It seems impossible to get hold of an agent. I am running low on drugs with no sight of when I could get a confirmation of delivery.
This company is not in shape to deliver on their mandate.
