I'm not sure what to call you anymore because useless, pathetic is an understatement
If I could give you a 0 I would. Last month I complained about my meds being late you said it was a dispatch problem. What's the problem now because my meds are late again. You send me an sms on Monday to say it will be delivered within 24-48hrs, we'll it's 72hrs now and I'm still waiting.
