I’m being wrongfully billed

Good day I have a query here I got a call this morning that I owe you guys money ,I don’t understand what this come from I was using your service in 2019 then it happens that I cancel it because of other reasons in 2020 then suddenly I owe u R1000 for what I don’t know and you already submitted this into your lawyer without make me aware about the bill which I don’t know what if for cos I was using your service paying upfront cash ,,I’m very upset about this can someone please investigate this matter ,,it is totally unfair what you doing to your clients Please follow up on this matter is very frustrating
