If you have chronic medication do not use pharmacy direct

Every month my friend delivery is late. Almost impossible to be in contact with someone regarding your medication as they are always experiencing hi call volumes. There whatsapp line doesnt respond and no reply to emails. Worst service i have ever experienced. Chronic medication is chronic for a reason clearly they dont care if client’s die.
