Jacqueline Matsie is an absolute superstar!

For the past 3½ years, Jacqueline has coordinated my chronic medication while I’ve been out of the country so often. It’s not even her job to deal with Bonitas approvals, yet she is always so willing, caring, and proactive in chasing things up to make sure Pharmacy Direct can dispatch my medication on time.
