I NEED MY DAMN TABLETS

A very poor understanding of urgency and living up to their word. I called in from Monday up until today 6 times for one simple delivery to be made to my house. I still have not received my medication and the Managers are just as well avoiding me. They would rather leave a message with the call agent, so unprofessional. I have a list of names of who I made contact with but would rather allow them to redeem themselves. Customer Service should be at the center of everything you do, especially considering that you are in an industry where people's lives and health are a stake. A customer's urgent request for medication should be given full attention and not treated with the balf-baked attempts that you've shown to me. I'm really disappointed with your service!!!!!
