I dealt with Kagiso Kyei and she assisted me so much as my medical aid has changed administrators and they were having teething problems and not approving payment for a chronic med that they always have in the past. She liaised with my broker and medical aid and gave me regular updates. Eventually she had my meds delivered before approval from medical aid as I was running out. This is really going above and beyond and she is just so professional and kind and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Kagiso and Pharmacy Direct for going the extra mile!
