How bad can one company be

I have had 12 months of the most appalling service from Pharmacy Direct. Wrong medicines delivered; Delivered to the wrong address; When I query they do not respond resulting in numerous follow-up emails, phone calls. When asked to explain accounts they don't- they just withhold medicine. They are *********** and *********. Bonitas who they deliver for should also be held responsible for choosing such an inept service provider
