Horrible service putting my life at risk

I am seething!!!! Never have I ever received such atrocious service!!! I received an sms that pharmacy direct have not received my script when my Dr had emailed the script on 07/09/2022. I literally have an enough of my chronic meds for today and tomorrow and I cannot afford to default. I called yesterday and I was told to email my script. And I called again to follow up on my urgent delivery and was told again to send my script!!! If I do not receive this medication by tomorrow I will be ill. The persona at the contact centre..Zandile or Zanele was also extremely rude interrogating me about why I am only contacting them now. That’s not her job. Her job is to ensure that my script is loaded and urgently delivery is arranged. I rightly got frustrated by her unwarranted interrogation as all I need to to face my medication delivered so I can continue to live a healthy life. I actually no longer want to go through you guys anymore as you have not put my life at risk. I am beyond distraught! What’s app line is just as useless. My word!
