Horrible service

Pharmacy Direct is just really horrible…. I submitted my prescription 3 weeks ago, they did not respond. I then resent my prescription and they told me they couldn’t view it, after sending it a third time I was informed I would get my medication. The day of delivery they tell me that they can’t pick up my address, which is absurd as it’s not the first time they deliver my medication. I then had to recall them the following day and they told me that the driver returned my medication. I told them that I’m out of medication and need it ASAP and they said they’d escalate it… today is now the second day I don’t have my medication… Pharmacy Direct is playing games with my health and it’s utterly disgusting!!!
