Horrible Customer Service
Absolutely disgraceful service delivery. Between the contact centre, the management team, the pharmacy and their "***" email address, there is complete confusion and its as if they have no clue on how their business operates. The resultant of their incompetency has now left me, a chronic patient, without any chronic medication and no plan to assist apart from asking me to find a pharmacy and pay cash out of my pocket (Pharmacy direct is DSP for medication). As through my many emails to them in the last two weeks, patient's should not be treated in this manner, nobody should have to beg for medication. I will make good on my word of reporting this to SAMA and SAPC.

Yes thank you. The person that contacted me was fantastic. She immediately recognized the previous shortfalls from your team and put an immediate plan of action together to assist me with urgency. It's a pity I didn't get to speak to her last week Monday.

I thought I would provide an update. I have received excellent service from Jacolien the pharmacist again, she really should receive an award. I needed my medication timing adjusted and sent earlier as the couriers can be delayed,I sent an email late at night and she actioned it that same evening as well as ensured the following month was delivered early enough.
