Highly upset, pharmacy direct is going down tge drain

I am a chronic patient, how ever last 3mnths, i have to phone to ask every time when my meds will be delivered. And if so then only some I received,then i have to call again, which is not my fault. Bonitas pay clockwise, the problem is Pharmacy Direct. Yesterday i received a quarter of my meds,no syringes, and other meds. I am very upset. They get a salary to do messes of people's medication
