HELP
Good day I'm absolutely disgusted with this service. My chronic meds were supposed to be delivered on 18 June 2021. When I phoned and queried it wasn't even dispensed but already deducted from my medical aid. This is 3 July and I still haven't received my meds. I am on chronic depression meds . I went to Dischem to try and claim but they couldn't put it through as my ' CCR***4-Good day, Thank you for using the Dis-Chem app.We are unable to prepare your request as the medical aid rejects the medicine as an early refill.Last fill 18/06/2021.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. This is really a matter to be addressed.
I haven't had my medicine since.
