Great Service from Nicole Van Niekerk
Nicole. van Niekerk @ pharmacy direct has been an absolute lifesaver for more than 10 years she has always been efficient, and transparent and provided me with excellent services helping with my mom's chronic medication, while Bonitas is not the best medical aid due to bad claims processing, This lady really helped me so much. I want to inform the directors what a GEM you have working for you. always putting the client first even during COVID. She has compassion and applies TCF in all she does. From Sahadow Family.
