Lowest of the low. That's what pharmacy direct is. Look at all the complaints. About the same thing. Medication that is not delivered on time and Bonitas forces us to use pharmacy direct. The claim was processed last week already but still no meds. The previous time it was with my chronic meds. I waited for more than two weeks and Bonitas still wonder why we prefer going to the pharmacy ourselves. Maybe it's because of the pathetic service Bonitas forces us to use pharmacy direct. They know we would not use you if we had a choice. You should be ashamed. It's people's lives you're dealing with. What's your turnaround times?
