Frontline consultants useless, don't deliver unless chased

For the umteenth time, I find that chronic medication is not even processed or delivered, and it requires dealing with frontline staff who simply "don't care" and/or "forget". After countless dropped calls you're lucky if eventually you get through to one of the Gold Dots, who seem to be the only people working in that company !
