I have been withh Pd for more than 8 years now and I don't have any problems. If your scrip is updated everything goes smooth. Bonitas members that complain does not adhere to the rules of Pd. I work with medical aid clients and when I phone Pd they assist me immediately meds to members get delivered so quickly. Every medical aid have rules to adhere to.
