Fantastic outcome to my complaint

I would personally like to complement Hansley from Pharmacy Direct for handling my complaint in such a professional manner. He was courteous and polite right from the beginning and apologised for everything I had experienced. He then went out of his way to make sure my Mother's medication was delivered last night at 19h15.

Now that is what I call service.
