Failure to Deliver on time 4 months in a row

Previously I was on 1 tablet per day and never had an issue with my delivery. Sometimes received 6 boxes at one time. Then I would have given 5 stars. Now service is really bad. I'm on a new script. 5 tabs per day including blood thining medss. Every month for last 4 including this month I had to be on whatsapp and the phone with them fighting about my meds. Last month on day 33 after previous supply, they were still processing when they only supply 30 tablets at a time, Today i sit here at my wits end because I do not have any tablets to take. All I can be told by a manager is that I will get my delivery tomorrow. She cannot explain why FexEx returned my meds to the pharmacy without attempting to deliver.
