FAILURE TO DELIVER LIFE SUPPORTING CHRONIC MEDICATION FOR A CHILD!!!!

<p>Pharmacy Direct are a joke! But my child's life is not. On two occassions I have had to beg them to send my daughters diabetic medication on time. When you call in to the call centre you hold forever and eventually give up because YES! I too have a job! My daughter needs insulin to LIVE! These people cannot get this into their heads! I give them a good 2 weeks notice and still.... Nothing! Do we not have enough stress in our lives trying to maintain a normal life for our child and then have to deal with these additional problems! Bonitas should really look into this problem and reconsider having them as a preferred service provider, they are just dragging their name through the mud! </p>
