Extremely Poor Service

The most pathetic service! Their call center agents sent my elderly mom from pillar to post for over a week regarding her script delivery. The script was only processed once I called them repeatedly and threatened them. The one call centre agent went on to lie and say they had only received the script that morning when infact they had received the script a week prior. My elderly mom has been without her chronic medication for 4 days now due to their delays. They showed no remorse or sense of urgency to resolve this matter. I will not be using their service again and do not recommend that anyone else uses their services. Useless and Pathetic personnel who do not care about their customers.
