Exetremely Bad service. Late chronic medicine delivery

<p>I am forced by my Medical aid to use pharmacy direct for my PMB medication. They are late 2 months in a row ( i have only been using them for 2 months). Today I had to hear that they haven't even loaded my script sent on 15/02. After trying to e-mail and phone them ( emails are answerd a week later, phone get's cut off after 4min of holding) I was told my medicine will be sent out withing 48-72 hours. I already used the last om my medicine yesterday. I now have to pay out of pocket for medicine until they deliver. </p>
