Exceptional service from Jason and Theo

I would like to thanks Jason Barrendse with Theo in ensuring that I receive my baby’s formula and going an extra mile to rectify the query I had and their resilience and patience managed to calm me and they made sure they update me on the progress of my parcel and also they had empathy, working for direct pharmacy to them it is not just a job but a true calling no matter how I shouted Theo managed to keep calm and listened and I must say these 2 gentlemen deserve to be recognised for their hard work and dedication. Thank you guys 👏🏻
