Exceptional Poor Service

As a preferred service provider for Bonitas Medical Aid I must say that the service you render is absolutely pathetic, firstly it seems that the people working for Pharmacy Direct is *********** to use their own electronic system as I had uploaded scrips on their website for two different dependents, only for them to only process one of the scripts. I had to phone and inquire about my script which they claim to never have received. For the script that was processed we had to wait for two weeks almost before the medication was delivered, the same happened with the second script. I would like to know how does a Pharmaceutical Distributor such as Pharmacy Direct are allowed to play around with the lives of patients to whom they need to deliver medication that is needed for severe medical conditions. I would never make use of their services if it was not for my Medical Aid and if possible would not even give them the single star rating that was given.
