Want to thank Fatima and her team in the call centre for always going the xtra mile and seldom get the credit for it. They are always friendly, professional and helpful, what they don’t know, they find out. Sometimes when things go wrong, especially in these challenging times, they bent backwards to solve the problem. Also want to thank Despatch and Logistics for being of great assistance . These departments are really a great asset in this company and Fatima and her team are in the frontline and have to put up with a lot of rudeness. I just want to let them know that there are people who appreciate what they do, Management can feel proud to have such amazing teams on board as they are really the heartbeat of this company.
