Every month it is the same issue with Pharmacy Direct. They always deliver late

Unfortunately, I have to make use of Pharmacy Direct because I am at Bonitas and I must say Pharmacy Direct has the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any pharmacy distributor. Every month I have to phone them to confirm delivery of my chronic medicine and I have to go and collect it in the end. This is very annoying. On Monday I phoned them and they said they will be delivering on Wednesday (20 September 2017) and when I phoned to hear where the delivery is on Wednesday then 1 of my prescriptions was suddenly out of stock. I must mention that we receive the generic anyway from them so why not just send the original? I have been without my chronic medicine since Monday already and Pharmacy Direct just does not care. I phoned Bonitas also yesterday to complain about Pharmacy Direct so I will just have to see what the impact is. They are really pathetic.
