Do not return calls or take them even reception is not taking my calls

They changed my medication, I have been trying to call them to understand why because my main concern is the side effects, they are not returning my call. I can't take something I'm not fami**** with and the best people to give an explanation is them so that if I decide to continue I do so with a thorough understanding
