Do not know the meaning of urgent!!!!!!!!!

Pharmacy does not know the meaning of urgent. Even their managers have a do not care attitude. I was told last week that one would phone me back, I am still waiting. I asked three times for my medication to be delivered before the long weekend. And I told them that I would not be at the delivery address on Monday, but they still delivered it at the address. As I was promised that medication would have been delivered urgently. They still suck with service delivery. Shame on you.
